A PDF scanned in a hurry often has sideways pages, blank sheets and a strange order. It can be fixed in a few minutes.
Rotate pages
If some sheets appear sideways or upside down, use Rotate PDF. You'll see all the pages as thumbnails and can rotate only the ones that are wrong. They're copied without recompressing, so they don't lose quality.
Delete pages
With Delete PDF Pages you remove blank sheets, cover pages or attachments you don't want to send. You download a new file; the original isn't modified.
Reorder
If the document ended up out of order, Rotate and organize PDF lets you drag the pages into place.
Split and merge
- Split PDF separates a document by page ranges, for example 1-3 and 5-8.
- Merge PDF combines several files into one, in the order you choose.
Number the pages
For theses, reports and case files, Add page numbers to PDF adds the number in the format you prefer ("1", "Page 1", "Page 1 of N"). You can start at a different number or skip the cover.
Recommended order
- Merge the files.
- Rotate and delete what's extra.
- Number the pages.
- If needed, sign and password-protect.
Working in this order saves you from repeating steps. And since everything happens in your browser, you can even do it offline once the page has loaded.
