Convertix (hereinafter, "the site") is responsible for processing the data described in this notice. You can contact us at contacto@convertix.com.mx.
Your files
The site's tools process your files (PDF, images, AI, PSD, etc.) directly in your browser, on your own device. Files are not sent, are not stored, and are not accessible to us or to third parties through the site.
Data that may be collected
Like any website, the hosting service (Cloudflare) may log technical data about your visit, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and date and time. We use it to keep the site secure and running and, in aggregate form, to understand which tools are used most.
The site has no user accounts and no forms that ask for personal data. It only stores your preferred language and the site's own files on your device so the site loads faster. That information stays in your browser and you can delete it whenever you like.
Why we use data and our legal basis
We process technical data based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working. Personalized ads and advertising cookies are only used with your consent where the law requires it (for example, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), and you can withdraw it at any time.
Cookies and advertising
The site may display Google AdSense ads. Google and its providers use cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Use of Google's advertising cookie allows Google and its partners to show ads based on your browsing.
If you visit the site from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will see a message to accept, reject or manage these cookies before they are used for advertising. Links to other sites
The site links to Ko-fi for people who want to support the project with a donation. Ko-fi and its payment processors handle your data under their own policies; we do not receive your payment details.

The site is served from a global network and its providers may process data outside your country, including Mexico and the United States. Where necessary, these providers apply recognized safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for the security and operation of the site. We do not store any files or content you open, because they never reach us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask for access to your data, its rectification, erasure, objection to or restriction of processing, portability, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. This includes ARCO rights under Mexican law, those under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the EU and the UK, and those under U.S. state privacy laws. Write to us at contacto@convertix.com.mx and we will reply within 30 days. We do not discriminate against anyone who exercises their rights.
If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you can also file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
Minors
The site is not directed at children under 16 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
