You don't always need an editing program. For quick adjustments, these tools work in your browser and don't upload your photos.
Framing and orientation
- Crop Image: drag to choose the area; there are 1:1, 4:3, 16:9, 3:4, 9:16 and 4:5 ratios.
- Rotate Image: turn several photos 90°, 180° or 270° at once.
- Flip Image: creates a mirror effect, useful for selfies or symmetrical designs.
Finishing touches
- Sharpen Image increases the apparent sharpness of slightly soft photos. It can't recover a very blurry photo, and a very high level produces halos.
- Add a Border to an Image adds a colored frame or rounded corners.
Fun and design
- Meme Generator: text on the top and bottom of your image, with no watermark.
- Color Palette from an Image: pulls the main colors from an image with their HEX code. Combine it with the color converter to turn them into RGB or HSL.
For web and development work
- GIF to Images (Frames): splits an animated GIF into PNG frames.
- Image to Base64 and Base64 to Image: to embed small images in HTML or CSS, or recover them from text.
Workflow tip
- Crop and rotate.
- Sharpen if needed.
- Resize and compress so the file weighs less.
- Convert to the final format; if you're unsure, read JPG, PNG or WebP: which to use?.
